Amanda Haneline, MD

Obstetrician-Gynecologist

Dr. Amanda Haneline was raised in Dickson, Tennessee, and is deeply rooted in the community she now serves as a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a degree in Biology, earned her medical degree from ETSU Quillen College of Medicine, and completed her Ob/Gyn residency at UT Chattanooga, affiliated with Erlanger Hospital. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Haneline has a true passion for women’s healthcare, providing comprehensive care across all stages of life—including contraception counseling, pregnancy care, menopause support, and surgical procedures. Her patients often say she’s like a therapist as well as a physician, finding her easy to talk to and deeply compassionate in even the most sensitive situations. Her dedication extends beyond the clinic, as she has served in medical mission work and actively supports victims of domestic violence through community organizations.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Haneline is the proud mom of four—two girls and two boys—and embraces the title of “dance mom.” Her family recently welcomed a new furry member, “Lady”, a playful Cavapoo puppy who’s already stolen everyone’s heart. She enjoys being on the boat at the river, swimming, and traveling, always eager for her next adventure. A firm believer in retail therapy, she loves seafood (especially raw oysters) and never turns down a good concert. Among her favorite concert memories are Garth Brooks and the Goo Goo Dolls. When it comes to sweets, she keeps it simple: store-bought white cake with white icing is her go-to treat.

She is happiest anywhere near the ocean and dreams of bringing Hawaii closer to home so she could live there forever. One of her most unique experiences was riding in a hot air balloon over Napa Valley, a memory she cherishes as a reminder to savor life’s breathtaking moments.

Dr. Haneline looks forward to continuing her career and raising her family in the same community that shaped her.
